Return & Refund Policy

At BNB Toys, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a great customer experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, or
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reasons, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting personal preferences
  • The child/customer not liking the product

2. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, we do not provide refunds in case of change of mind after successful payment.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are strictly limited to cases where the product is:
    • Damaged,
    • Incomplete, or
    • Incorrect

3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Any issue related to damage, defect, or wrong product must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • To initiate a request, please contact us with:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Proof Requirement for Returns / Replacements

  • To process any return or replacement request, customers are required to provide clear photos and a complete video as proof.
  • The video must be recorded from the beginning of the unboxing (sealed package opening) till the issue is clearly visible during usage.
  • All proofs must be shared with us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Requests supported with a complete unboxing-to-issue video will be prioritized and processed faster.
  • Requests without proper proof or incomplete evidence may not be eligible for approval.

5. Refund / Replacement

  • After verification of the returned product, we will proceed with:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund, depending on the situation
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Final Decision Authority

BNB Toys reserves the full and final right to assess all requests and make the decision regarding returns, replacements, or refunds (if applicable) based on the evidence provided.

  • BNB Toys reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
